BUNNY EGG-STRAVAGANZA

Our egg shaped bunny is attached to a large hanging egg—the Bunny Egg-spress. Both sides of our hanging bunny are finished one side is a boy bunny and on the other side a little girl bunny. If only one side of the bunny is finished, a group of them would make a cute bulletin board, On our way to Easter on the Bunny Egg-spress.  The boys could make the bunnies with the cap, and the girls could do a bunny with a bow. This project, “Bunny Egg-spress,” is found in the 2nd Grade Projects Gallery in the sidebar.

BUNNY-AIR DRY CLAY

We never seem to outgrow our love of playing with clay. The sixth grade made bunnies with white air dry clay. They added pink noses and some of them added hats and orange carrots. A small amount of craft paint kneaded into a ball of the clay gave us the colored clay. We dotted the eyes with a black permanent marker. A project on Disney was the basis for our project, but we encouraged the students to make changes so their bunny would be unique. This project, “Air Dry Clay Bunny,” is found in the 6th Grade Projects Gallery in the sidebar.

BUNNY DOOR-HANGER

This is a guest submitted Easter project. Mrs. Jones and her 4th graders made these cute door-hangers to take to the nursing home to give to the senior residents for their doors. Mrs. Jones and her class make and deliver gift projects three or four times during the year to the nursing home. What a great way for the children to show respect and love for the seniors. This project, “Bunny Welcome Door-hanger,” can be found in the 4th Grade Projects Gallery  in the sidebar.

Add a little glitter over the sealer if you so choose.
