Halloween wouldn’t be the same without sighting a witch or two. Hang these around the classroom or house and you’ll be witched. A variety of jewel colored (napkin or tissue paper) skirts would be appealing. A paper plate, napkin, and a skewer or twig are the main supplies needed for this project. The kids love these.
